self-awareness
We will provide the tools to assist a high schooler or young adult to effectively evaluate all of the choices that are available for college or a major. This approach provides the individual with more self-insight and enhances his/her abilities to make more specific choices. We do so through coaching to assist a student to capitalize on strengths, minimize challenges, select the right educational program, prepare for a career, and study effectively. The assessment is tailored to both high school and college students who are preparing to make some important decisions. Leadership development and team building skills are also necessary building blocks for success in school and career. The tools used to help individuals with their decisions are considered state of the art and individualized per student. For individuals with established careers we provide state of the art tools to those who want to make changes to their current career choice or want more assistance with leadership development and team building skills.
Getting prepared for high school, college, and life beyond the home.
